 Review:

Love the atmosphere, but the slots just don't pay any more. We used to win more often--not a lot, but enough to make it fun.

With so many people complaining, I am surprised that Charlestown doesn't do something to improve their payouts.

The Players Club card is worthless--no comps to speak of. I don't need another car--forget the drawings and do something that would make it fun for all.

When you are there for 5 or 6 hours and don't see any jackpots won, there is a serious problem.

 Review:

Nice atmosphere, good selection of food, clean, however, the slot play is terrible.

I have gone through machine after machine without one winner. The Players Club card is useless. You don't get anything in terms of comps or freebies. Do away with the drawings and loosen up the machines.

Expand the non-smoking areas or eliminate smoking completely. In the evenings, you can barely breathe.

I have only been to this W. Virginia casino one time and I probably will not go back.

Payouts have got to be the worst that I have had in any casino - you are off to hand the attendant your money when you walk in.

 Worst on East Coast

 Review:

No comps, food is terrible, machines are tight, they are only about taking your money as quickly as possible.
