 Review:

The Palms Casino is one of the more popular OFF Strip Casinos. A nice size casino with a good Sports Book.

The food court offers familiar fast food eating and a movie theater with current run movies.

My wife loves the Pai Gow Poker here because of the low min. play. The comp system is very fair.

Palms used to have a great buffet but through the last couple of years the buffet has been reduced in physical size and food choices removed. They finally closed the buffet and reopened it in an area farther from the casino. We have not eaten there yet so we do notknow if the food quality and choice has been restored to earlier times.

The only real negative about The Palms is the constant construction that is going on. This tends to make close parking difficult during the peak times. Finally I've also heard that the Palms caters and is a favorite for Las Vegas locals because of the comp system and mail offers.
