Lodge, not really!
The Lodge has rooms for people only stuck in Black Hawk. I have never seen people at the craps table allowed stools while they shoot dice. The Hotel rooms are dirty, and the casino is filled with flees waiting for you to cash in.

casino needs to improve customer service
We patronize the Lodge frequently and basically did not have a problem until we attempted to contact the casino's General Manager with a question. Not only did he not return our call but in subsequent attempts we never heard back. Basically we enjoy the Lodge but have reservations if you need to obtain management assistance. They simply don't care.

The Lodge
The Lodge has some decent VP, a fairly good buffet, and nice hotel rooms.
