Been going to Twin River/Lincoln EVERY WEEK sometimes 3 times a week since the 1st slot machine was put in and the service and payouts have progressively got so much worse. With the amount of money that is paid out on things like having a MUCH TOO LOUD band playing, why not take the money and put it into customer service and stop cutting the help? There are times when I have to walk from one end of the bldg to the other end and then up to the 2nd floor just to find a cashier or working ticket machine.
