Cheap gambling and drinks
Low limit table games, $1 margaritas and Beers are a couple of good reasons to stop by here. Look for the free spin slot machines out in front on the sidewalk. Everybody gets a coupon, 2 for 1 Margaritas, $5 table game matchplay coupon (bet $5, win $10) are good. If you go by the slot club they often have 2 for 1 ben and jerry's ice cream coupons sitting out on the counter.
Casino Royale- great craps game
I didn't stay here, but played here and enjoyed the craps game. It has $3 or $5 minimum tables with 100x odds allowed on $5 bets. Although some say the dealers are rude, I had the opposite experience. Slots seemed to pay better here than other strip locations. I will definitely play here again when I'm in Vegas.
Go for the Beer, avoid the food...
Casino Royale is really only good for one thing - cheap drinks. $1 Michelob's or $1 Strawberry or Lime Margaritas. This, you can not go wrong with. I usually grab a couple brews and the ponder over the TIX 4 TONITE screen to see the show deals.
I joined the slot club for the $50 Slot Play - It's a voucher for a promotional machine that I think only 1 person wins on in a year, not worth your time.
Avoid the hotdogs at the back of the casino, there is a reason why they are that cheap.
Staff is generally rude here, then again, it's at Casino Royale. I would not be happy if I worked there.
So, as I said, use this place for only a pit stop to re-hydrate yourself...

Dingy
I signed up for their players card and found I had been "had". The free slot play isn't what you think. I haven't gone in since.
$1 Beers, I'm there!
Never fails, I always spend the wee hours of the morning at Casino Royale. It's usually convenient to Flamingo or Harrah's (where I normally stay) and a few $1 beers to finish the night is what I like. Throw that in with some cheap craps and cheap roulette and you've got yourself a nice little casino here.
I also enjoy The Outback Steakhouse located upstairs. Chainy Goodness at its finest, but you know you're in Vegas so the steak taste that much better than it does back home.
The Player's Club isn't much to write home about. Like previous reviews mentioned, $50 freeplay on a bunch of boring, non-winning slots. Doesn't matter, this is still one of my usual hangouts.

Casino Royale
Casino Royale is a small casino right on the strip. When we went we had $50 free play coupons that our timeshare gave us. The free play was on special slot machines that only pay off if you hit something big. Most of the people leave winning nothing. There was free parking behind the casino.
Oh Yeah!!
The wife and I always stop in here when traversing up and down the Strip. It's a great change of pace and the place has been good to us ($).
It's not upscale, it's not downtown, but it's fun!! Check it out, for at least a quick gamble and a cheap Michelob at the bar!!
Nice Place To Visit
Visited 7-9-08. The gaming wasn't as good here as other places.
Drinks were good and cheap. $1 margaritas. Parking was the easiest of anywhere in Vegas. Pull around back and park at the door.
Grab a $1 margarita and walk on to Harrah's to play. We got the funbook but didn't use it.
The day we were there the AC was out. 112 degrees that day!
Small but Fun
Casino Royal is a small casino located on the strip between Harrah's and The Venetian. It offers a nice free fun book to card holders every 30 days. The coupon sheet offers a nice 4 of a kind video poker bonus, a Wheel of Fortune bonus and free play on a very limited number of machines.
Surprisingly there is an Outback Steak House above the casino which offeres familar dining. Small but fun.
