SAMBA STEAKHOUSE
Never stayed here (but on my list) even with the Resort Fees...
Went and had dinner at Samba Steakhouse and had the Rodizo BBQ - It's all you can eat and it is delicious. I highly suggest having the bacon wrapped Turkey. The bacon is crisp and the turkey melts in your mouth.
Also saw The Beatles LOVE - was EXCELLENT!
Gaming atmosphere is awesome here, lots of people all having fun.
My favorite casino.
This is my favorite casino to gamble in. I usually win on the poker machines. No matter how many times I see the volcano erupt, it hasn't lost its fascination. The food is excellent, too.
Visit the Volcano, See the Aquarium, Skip the Casi
Tight slots, higher table limits, skip the casino!
However, for you Frugal Vegas Go'ers out there you of course must see the Volcano. I've seen it a million times, but each trip I still have to go watch it erupt. It's just part of Vegas, much like the Bellagio Fountains, The Glow of the Flamingo Lights, and the Sexy Battle at Treasure Island.
I also recommend going inside and checking out the awesome aquarium behind the front desk. This is the same aquarium shown in National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation. It's a must see to kill some time and stay away from the casino games in there!!!
Of course, like the previous reviewer said, you're paying for the Volcano lol.

I think I paid for the Volcano
I was there in 09 when they were about done with the volcano. My husband and I could not win on the slots to save our lives. My husband is usually lucky and never won there. We finally gave up and went to the Paris and Imperial Palace and won at both places. The table games had high minimums also. The rooms had just been redone and they were nice but how much time do you spend in the room? I also didn't find the staff all that nice. I know Ive stayed elsewhere in my 2 other trips to vegas since and I'm never gonna pay into the volcano fund again.
Great Time
Visited 1/29 thru 2/2. Check in was very quick. We were VERY impressed with the new room decor. The staff was very friendly. Food everywhere was good, though a bit pricy. The BLT Burger is a new addition and very good.
Good Time
Visited 7/9/08. The aquarium at the front desk is a must see.
Didn't stay at the hotel but lines at the front desk were long.
Free drinks here were the best. Wait staff was fast! Slots are okay.
Very nice
My stay at the Mirage was perfect. Dealers were very friendly, buffet was excellent.
Good place to stay
I was there in 02/06 so this is a little dated. The rooms were very nice, its vegas who stays in the room?, but they were nice.
The food at the buffet was very good. The dealers for the most part were friendly and made the table gaming enjoyable. The deli is not a good idea. Unless a sandwich that you could never really eat is your idea of fun.
The poker room was nice but the tables were pretty crowded together and they needed a few more dealers. I would definitely stay here again but for the money I will probably look else where.
