Great trip

Played mostly tables excited to see they now have Crap Less Craps. Staff friendly actually able get a comp for my first play in two years. Greatest variety of Blackjack I think I ever seen. Some 6/5 at lower limits but I had no trouble finding a 3/2 shoe with decent rules. Buffet was fantastic get a card for a good discount.

Not the Same

Not a good move for Cincinnati. Jacks will runderstand this place in the ground. Can't win at the slots or tables. Can't get a drink at the slot machines. All the attendees are at theach higher limit tables. A shame this place will close down if they don't make some changes. Rewards are terrible. Bring back the Horseshoe.

Drink Service

This casino is running on bad luck. To scared to put self-serve  drink machines in place. Tired of drinking water the servers past out to Patrion. Don't trust servers bringing the drinks in which you can't see them make the drink. Slots rarely favorite the working people and only give to the rich. They should rename it Robbing Jacks. No class at all.

total unfair gaming

This is now jack casino. They replaced our cards to jack and reset it, unfortunately many of my points now disappeared!. slot games gradually become tighter and tighter after few years. I can say it is now at the 'rigged' level.  The overall payout rate well below legal limit of 80% as Ohio control commissioner suggested. That means that possibly they are going to become  bankrupted in near future, of course after bankrupting many senior citizens! If you go there,  play table games only!

Terrible

The entire Horseshoe franchise is terrible. Never hear of winners, and table games set at a $25 minimum. Greed, Greed, Greed. Won't be back.

Cool area

The setting in downtown is nice. You get a great view if you park at the top of the garage. The payouts are bad on the machines. The staff are friendly.

Poor Way To Run a Craps Pit

Management clearly has no idea how to run a craps pit or table. They will hold up play for any reason or no reason at all. The percentages of the game favor fast action, lots of bets, etc., but some "bright" person at corporate must have decided that the fewer rolls, the better. The dice get held while rude people (including one known at all the local places as "Crazy Mike") buy in during a roll. Good or lucky shooters get no momentum. No excitement because no one is winning. When this casino opened, the problem was the poorly-trained dealers; now it's the so-called management. Good restaurants are the only reason to go here. My action will go to the Hollywood in Lawrenceburg for now.

A super Ohio casino

Nice layout. Large poker room. Blackjack tables pay 3:2. $10 games through the week. Video poker could be better (avg 8:5). Friendly staff. NON-SMOKING!!! YEAH!!!!

Money grubbing?

These money grubbers wanted $5.00 to cash a check. That was my first and last visit.
