One word can sum up the Wildhorse casino and resort. AVOID.

This is a compact review of both the casino and the resort.

Both my girlfriend and I have visited this property a few times, and each time we go it is worse than the last. Tight slots, very very poor service, shabby loud hotel rooms, and it's in the middle of nowhere. We just got back from this dive, and we were extremely unimpressed.

The casino: Terrible player card system. $1.00 in comps for every 500.00 in play. (You need to play through $5000.00 for a $10.00 comp.. lol) Slots were tight across all denominations and betting levels. Slots are also very old, and it's hard to find an attendant. No drinks on the casino floor. Bar closes at 12am...No real options for quality food.

The hotel: Pretty much a motel, with subpar service and amenities. Rock hard bed. Way overpriced at $89.00 a night. There were bugs in our room, and construction happening at 6am. When we asked for a late checkout due to the fact we couldn't sleep from the construction they told us no.. How sweet of them.

In closing we will be taking our $10,000.00 in play to a real casino that offers good service and fun.

Wildhorse casino is a sad excuse for a business. Again, save your money and avoid this place.

Slots way too tight.

Excellent buffet, small but plenty of variety. Delicious steak and desserts. Slots way too tight. Wish there were more penny machines other than video one. Would go back but not if it is out of our way. RV park is great and well worth the money.

Never been here...just doing some research. Saw the comment about how they won't pay if you hurt yourself in the casino....wanted to reply to that:

I don't know the circumstances of your fall, but as a general rule of thumb...you don't get compensated for your clumsiness UNLESS the establishment did something negligent (like left a huge pool of water on a tile floor, debris on the floor that couldn't be avoided, etc). If you hurt yourself by tripping on a stair that is secure, that's your problem.

They should not have to pay for a doctor or an ambulance. Otherwise anyone who sustains an injury to themselves through no fault of the casino will get free medical/hospitalization. That's a fast way to put your casino out of business.

It's only when they are negligent that they are compelled to pay for your medical expenses. If they were negligent and they still aren't paying...appeal to their particular tribe.

I'm not sure what laws apply to Indian casinos with regard to liability, but if approached reasonably and to the right people, you may be able to recoup some of your expenses if the injury was attributable to their negligence.

Concur w/review that states slots seem to be tight one day, loose the next.

Friendly, laid back atmostphere. Good food, decent prices. Always seems to be upgrading/remodeling... but keeps getting better.

80% of the time I walk out the front door w/more $$$ in hand or at least breaking even (when I can control myself lol!).

Very poor service if you trip or fall in Casino. They don't feel they have to pay for emergency or doctors.

They charge $300.00 to transport you to hospital and don't pay any treatments. I hurt my knee falling and broke my arm.

I was told they don't pay even when they see you trip.
