January Gambling Podcast - New Casino Games with John Grochowski. The American Casino Guide has a monthly podcast hosted by the book's author, Steve Bourie, who talks about topics of interest to travelers who like to visit casinos and during the course of each show he  interviews a special guest from the world of casino travel or gambling.

Silverton Casino Lodge: Giving away 54 cars in 37 days Dec. 26, 2008 through Jan. 31, 2009.  Discovery Club card holders have two ways to win.  Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the promotion, one person using their Discovery Club card while playing a slot, video poker or video keno machine between 3 and 6 p.m. will be chosen at random to receive a car. Randomly selected winners must be present at the time of selection to win. In addition to random weekend winners, a second car will be given away every day of the week during the promotion based on level of play. Players using their Discovery Club card will earn points towards entries into a daily drawing at 8 p.m.  All winners have until 11 p.m. on the day of the drawing to claim their car. Eight various Honda models are available to choose from. Those interested are encouraged to visit the Discovery Club for complete details.
