The installation will include a wide range of Bally’s latest systems applications and products, including Windows(R) SDS(TM) and CMP(TM) casino-management systems. Bally’s SDS Windows will be connected live to about 1,500 gaming machines using the latest high-speed networking technology. Bally’s contract with Golden Nugget Atlantic City marks the first time New Jersey regulators have approved an all-Windows casino-management system.
“Bally Technologies is clearly the most comprehensive and battle-tested solution. We are excited to be the first casino operator in Atlantic City to move to the Windows-based SDS and CMP platforms, and are confident that Bally will complete this conversion quickly and with minimal disruption to our casino operation. We looked at many different systems providers and Bally’s reputation for strong customer support contributed significantly to our decision.” said Lori Kittle, Chief Information Officer of the Golden Nugget Atlantic City.
