Caesars Palace to Open New Bacchanal Buffet on September 10
"With all the cooking shows on TV right now, food is everyone's favorite subject," said Gary Selesner, regional president for Caesars Palace. "The food
will be very fresh, very well prepared and very interactive. It's all designed to make food as entertainment."
The Bacchanal Buffet took seven months to complete and it will replace the popular Cafe Lago restaurant. It will feature nine kitchens and over 500 food items. Breakfast at the buffet will cost $19.99, lunch will be $24.99 and dinner will be $39.99.
Caesars Palace in Las Vegas will be opening its new Bacchanal Buffet on September 10.
The $17 million, 25,000 square foot buffet will feature gourmet offerings that are prepared by chefs in front of diners' eyes and Caesars officials hope it will set a new standard for buffets at Las Vegas casinos.
