The fees will cover costs such as fitness center access for two people per day, daily in-room internet access for one device and all local phone calls and will range from $10 per night at The Quad to $25 per night at Caesars Palace. Caesars’ other resorts will have nightly fees as follows: $15 at Bally’s, $18 at the Flamingo Las Vegas, and $20 at Paris and Planet Hollywood.

Resorts reason that the fee is charged in order to save guests from being hassled by paying for additional services or paying more for services when paying separately.

Caesars properties were some of the last big Las Vegas casinos who were not charging a resort fee in their hotel and the company had been promoting itself as the “no resort fees” hotel group for some time.
