Messer Construction, which is overseeing the project, says that it has put additional procedures for construction, inspection and safety into practice at the site.
While it is still unknown exactly what caused the collapse, OSHA has determined it is safe for work to start again while it continues its investigation.
The collapse, which occurred early on Friday, January 27 when a beam beneath the floor gave out, injured over a dozen workers. One of the injured workers is still in serious condition.
