Last March, Caesars Palace and Nobu Hospitality announced the creation of an exclusive partnership to bring the first-ever Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Lounge in Las Vegas. Nobu Hospitality operates 24 restaurants around the world, including one at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, but the venture with Caesars Palace will be its first hotel.
Caesars Palace’s Centurion Tower will close in the fall to begin the renovation works. Under the scheduled development plan, the Tower will undergo a multi-million dollar refurbishment that includes the 180-room Nobu Hotel and a 11,200 square foot Nobu restaurant and lounge, located in the heart of the hotel and featuring the unique cuisine of celebrated chef Nobu Matsuhisa .
