Gold Rush Hotel & Casino in Cripple Creek, Colorado Reopens to the Public
“Absolutely we see a great opportunity, especially with the Gold Rush having such a fantastic location and the building having such a warm feeling,” said chief operating officer of the Gold
Rush Joanna Walters. “We have assembled a top-notch, fantastic team. The Gold Rush has traditionally done well in Cripple Creek and we hope to follow in that legacy.”
Partners CC LLC, which reopened the Cripple Creek casino, spent $1.5 million remodeling the hotel and casino. The company plans to expand Gold Rush’s poker operations to The Rush Poker Room down the street so additional slots and roulette and craps tables can be added to the current casino.
Casino officials say they hope to open The Rush Poker Room by the end of the year.
