“The new Hampton Inn & Suites is a beautiful hotel, and we are thrilled to have them as a partner,” said Scott Cooper, General Manager Kansas Star Casino. “The addition of the hotel will make the Kansas Star a true destination, attracting guests from further away and keeping them in south central Kansas for longer periods of time.”

The hotel at the Kansas casino currently has 150 rooms, but according to casino officials that number will likely double some time next year. The hotel is attached to the new permanent casino that should be completed soon. Kansas Star is currently operating its gambling out of a temporary casino which will later become a 5,000-seat events center.

Once the new Kansas Star Casino is completed, it will feature 1,800 slot machines, 45 table games, 10 table poker room and five new restaurants, including a buffet.
