According to investigators, nightclub hosts, security guards and bottle runners at all of the property’s clubs offered drugs and prostitutes to undercover officers with one Palms employee even offering to supply one of the officers with $18,000 worth of cocaine.

“We are grateful to the Nevada Gaming Commission for approving the proposed settlement of the complaint … and for the efforts of the Gaming Control Board and Attorney General’s office throughout this process,”said casino officials in a statement. “This is a very serious matter, and we are committed to preventing this from happening on our property again.”

The Palms is not the first Las Vegas casino to face such allegations. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was also fined $650,000 after similar complaints were filed two years ago.
