Two Pennsylvania Casinos Fined $ 20,000 by State Gaming Control Board

The Valley Forge Casino Resort was fined $15,000 for allowing two underage patrons to gamble as well as consume alcohol in March of this year. They were both 20 years old.

The underage individuals will also have to deal with the Pennsylvania State Police regarding their actions.

The SugarHouse Casino was also fined, though it was only $5,000, for conducting business with a company that was on the Gaming Control Board’s Prohibited Gaming Service Provider’s list.

There are currently 12 casinos in operation in Pennsylvania.
