The Hollywood Casino in Columbus brought in $17.9 million in revenue in December, making it the casino’s worst month financially since opening in October. The Hollywood Casino Toledo and the Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland were both up for the month, bringing in $14 million and $24.5 million, respectively.

The three casinos pay a 33 percent tax on their profits which be split between the state’s counties and school districts as well as the cities of Cleveland, Toledo and Columbus.

Ohio’s fourth casino, the Horseshoe Cincinnati, will be opening in March.
