According to the gaming control board, the violations occurred between January and May and involved three 20-year-olds and one 19-year-old. All of which were caught gambling on slot machines. The gambling age in all Pennsylvania casinos is 21.
All of the underage gamblers were banned from the casino after being discovered and the casino was fined $45,000 for these incidents.
The other $5,000 fine came from a December 2011 incident in which a woman who was on the gaming board’s self-exclusion list, which allows problem gamblers to ban themselves from casinos, was able to sign up for a players club card and gamble on slot machines.
