Silver Slipper Casino in Mississippi Plans to Add a New Hotel

According to officials at the Gulf Coast casino, not having a hotel limits the casino’s visitors to those who are located close to the property and adding guest rooms will help bring in new business.

“We’re going to work very closely with (casino manager John Ferrucci) to expedite that,” said Full House Chairman Andre Milliou. “I think we can grow in that particular location and a hotel will help us with that.”

It is unknown how large the proposed casino will be, but hotels at Full House properties generally maintain occupancy rates of 90 percent or better year-round.
