Slot Revenues Down Slightly at Pennsylvania Casinos in October

Not including the Valley Forge Casino Resort, which wasn’t open last October, revenue from slots was down 6.5%.

It is also important to note that  revenue this past month was affected negatively due to Hurricane Sandy and October 2011 had five Saturdays compared to just four Saturdays this year.

Almost all Pennsylvania casinos saw a drop in revenue, except for the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem where revenue was up 2.55% and Mount Airy Casino Resort which stayed about the same. Presque Isle Downs and Casino saw the biggest drop in revenue, down 21.89%.
