SugarHouse Casino Fined $15,000 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

The fines came after three incidents in which individuals on the state’s Self-Exclusion list were allowed to gamble at the Pennsylvania casino. The Self-exclusion list allows problem gamblers to ban themselves from entering and playing at casinos.

The list also includes individuals who have tried to cheat or commit other crimes in the state’s casinos.

The incidents happened between May and August of this year and all involved individuals who were on the Self-Exclusion list entering the property and playing slot machines and table games.
