The incident occurred in December of last year and also resulted in the firing of nine employees.

The fines were on a list of regulatory actions made public last week.

Also fined was Bally’s Atlantic City, which had to pay $70,000 for failing to adequately staff its security operations and an additional $30,000 for allowing individuals on the self exclusion list to play at the poker and blackjack tables.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa also had to forfeit $4,350 that was confiscated from individuals who were on the self exclusion list and gambled in the casino.
