According to one ratings service, two online casinos: Legends and World Wide Wagering use the BLR software in their online craps games. A third operator, 5dimes, said it dropped the software after the studies were posted on Shackleford’s website.
General manager of Legends Rachel Miller said the software used on the site is fair. She said the company has invested thousands of dollars into new random number generators to work along with the BLR software. She said she could neither agree nor disagree with the Jacobson and Shackleford studies as they did not test the craps game at Legends.
“I guarantee that everything is perfect on our end,” Miller said.
According to a story in the Pittsburgh Post-Review, neither BLR nor World Wide Wagering, responded to requests for comments on the situation.
