Response to complaint
I wrote the earlier review concerning the terrible buffet. Besides posting here, I wrote the casino manager. Within a week, I received a phone call from the director of customer relations. He listened to my complaint and thanked me for taking the time and effort to let them know I had had a problem while there. He also invited me to come back and dine again. Well, I did and I will assure you my complaint was well addressed. The food was much, much better and I felt satisfied that my time was not wasted. My hats off to management for addressing a problem and getting it fixed. It's nice to see a staff that care that cares about their customers. I also stayed and played for a while. I didn't make a fortune but I had a good time and went away on the plus side. Thanks.
