Riviera: Got Gas? From July 1-31, you can win a $300 gas card, with $27,900 in cards awarded! There will be three winners nightly, with drawings at 7:15 pm each night in July at Club Riviera. Earn one entry for every 50 points.
Hard Rock: Beginning Monday, June 27, there is a new happy hour in town, this time at the Hard Rock Beach Club. Partygoers can satisfy their appetites with specially-priced alcoholic beverages and delectable cuisine. Drink specials include: buckets and pitchers of beer ($25), sport cups filled with guests’ favorite well drinks and Budweiser products ($14), sake specialty drinks ($5) and half bottles of sake ($50). MGM Grand: Celebrate 4th of July with the CSI The Experience. CSI: The Experience is offering a special family package of four tickets for just $89 with mention of “family four pack.” Families can spend quality time together and team up to solve one of three mysterious crimes in the interactive exhibit. The family package is available at the MGM Grand box office located next to CSI: The Experience. Located along MGM Grand’s Studio Walk, CSI: The Experience is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. General admission is $30 per person. The exhibit is designed for guests 12 years of age or older. El Cortez: Will celebrate Independence Day weekend with a classic car show, live bands and delicious eats from Engine 1 Pizza at the Jackie Gaughan Parkway on Sunday, July 3 from 1 to 6 p.m. The free event is open to the public and will showcase approximately 60 American-made, classic cars, courtesy of Ultracar LTD, Inc., with five of the vehicles open to guests for photo opportunities both inside and outside the car. In true “vintage Vegas” fashion, El Cortez will also have a 1963 pink Cadillac on display with an Elvis impersonator behind the wheel for photo opportunities. In addition to live entertainment there will be a cash bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and Engine 1 Pizza will be on location throughout the day with their delicious menu selections available for purchase. The mobile pizza oven is well known for their custom pizzas, which are handmade with fresh ingredients, such as the basil used in their legendary homemade pesto. The object of the game is to rack up points throughout each day to earn game pieces that are different colors, which represent different types of prizes. Binion’s Gambling Hall: Binion’s Poker Classic runs through July 11. The Four Queens Hotel & Casino, Binion’s sister property, is offering all Poker Classic participants a $24 midweek rate and a $52 rate on the weekends. In addition, players with a receipt from any Binion’s Poker Classic event will be given $25 in chips after one hour of live play in Binion’s Hall of Fame Poker Room. The receipt is good one time and must be used within 48 hours of the tournament event. From the first event on May 30 to the last on July 11, Binion’s will seat players for 43 different games, with five No Limit Hold’em events and two specialty events each week throughout the tournament. The specialty events include H.O.R.S.E, PLO 8 and Limit Omaha 8. The Main Event will take place over two days starting June 30, and has the highest buy-in of the Poker Classic at $1,000. Some events are as little as $100 buy-ins, while most fall within $150-$200 range. Generally, the buy-ins at the Binion’s Poker Classic are about one-tenth of the World Series of Poker events. To participate in any of the Binion’s Poker Classic events, players register the day of the event in which they would like to play. Registration opens two hours prior to the start time.
