casnio az is the worst ever!! they treat there high roller like s**t, the manager of host has a trick up her ass,,, she thinks that it her money that she giving away,, must high rollers don't even ask for much, but for some reason this women think she can pick and choose who she well give to or not!!!that why u guys got the sh***y review!! if anybody care her name is ****** manager at casino az!! 4 Diamond My Ass!!! some one need to look into her!! ur driving lots of big players away,,, unless casino az doesn't care,,,
I always have fun here my first time here went great came back with friends now we go at least once a month. Location is good parking is never a problem. Great place to bring guest from out of town to play on slots or to hang out on there lounges
Played for 2 hours. House won 80% of the time and dealer just laughs.. Said I had a bad attitude, I just deal the cards. My guess is that if the shoot wins 80% of the time in a quasi 50% 50% game, it is rigged . Do not go to this casino.
worst casino ever
they mistreat the guests who spend quite a bit of money in their establishment.
Crowded and Smoky
One wonders how there can be so many poor looking people in one room placing high casino bets. There goes the welfare/disability check!!! Who needs to eat!! I find the place kind of run down, like the players. In spite of the looks, there are a lot of machines--a lot of 5 cent machines with higher minimums than I like to play, but I can also find a 1 or 2 cent machine somewhere. I actually had my largest win here, about $1400 and I have seen others hit >$1000, so it's possible here. I'll probably be back. Sure a lot of people here. My brother played the tables and didn't do well and he never loses.
I used to go to this casino a lot. They had a craps machine that was very fun, but they moved it and the roulette machine to Talking Stick. The slots here are tight, like the other reviewers have said. The video poker here is the worst in the state (commonly saw 6/5 JoB). There are a lot of low limit table games here. It's pretty easy to get on a table here, even during rush times. It is easy to use the comps here from the player's club, but the point system is a bit hard to understand. They keep taking out machines here that I like, so I won't come back here. Also the blackjack is dealt usually from a continuous shuffling machine (CSM). I think the high limit room has 4 decks. The buffet here is delicious with high quality food, but the buffet is small and a bit expensive, but much cheaper than the one at Talking Stick. The lounge singers are usually terrible. They have Showstoppers Live! here, but I never saw it. It is free with 2 drink minimum, unless they have someone good, then you need to get tickets. Ticket machines here are annoying; they don't dispense change. Go to the cashier instead, but be prepared to wait. This casino used to be a lot better, but the Salt River Tribe isn't focusing on it anymore. A shame.
Been going here for several years. Since Casino arizona opened, It has gone downhill. they used to be very good on slots payouts, but now it is hard to win on any slots. they recently added a food station near the front door, $5 for roast beef sandwich and chips. very good. buffet is a little pricey. Most of the table games are fairly good, friendly dealers overall. I feel they invest too much into adding new machines all the time. thus payouts are much lower. on occasion you will see large payouts, but very sparse. The penny and nickel machines are not truly penny and nickel bets because you have to put in at least $1 to play on most of them. if not then forget it. Best bet there is the sizzling 7 dollar machine. it seems to payout on a regular basis. if you get on right machine. I have noticed that on certain nights payouts are good and other nights nothing. Best plan? Look around when you come in and see how many payout lights are flashing. if not many, walk out.
The slots are very tight. Been going here for years and have never won a hand pay out but one row of 4 machines always seems to have a payout. Try to get one but this is the only machine that is consistent. The Cleopatra keno never pays out. I have tried for several years here and give up. The waitresses, when you find one, are rude and the dealers at the blackjack tables, with the exception of a couple, are very rude. And don't try asking for a drink comp after losing several hundred. They want you to pay for that drink and they charge too much too. They need to cut the prices of the drinks at least in half at these indian casinos you get free drinks in Vegas and Laughlin.
Very nice - 1st class - Newly redesigned / remodeled... only $0.05 and up Slots. Security v tight. was the only RV in parking lot... Casino tracks RV Over-Night Parking comps...must earn 1500 comps per day... did not feel comfortable staying... will not return

Another comment - if you did not play or use the other rating items put in N/A. one has to give it a high rating just because it's there ,
