Wow, used to love Harrah's but within this last year it is like they really took the screws to the machines. It seems like the only way to win anything is to bet max and even then you wait a long time before winning.

Buffet is okay food.

Concerts are good and Free beer on concert days is nice, too bad the machines can't pay out so we could stay longer.

About the only good thing was the food, which, compared with the other area venues was very good.

Slot machines in the casino were sparse, compared to last year. It seemed to my wife and I that they took out any "paying" slot machines and left the cheap ones no one wants to play.

The hotel staff were not knowledgeable regarding their own property and gave us wrong information twice, and wrong directions also. The hotel rooms were dirty and the linens were soiled.

The main thing wrong with the visit there was lack of access to the table games that I wanted to play. The supervisor in charge said, "We don't have enough dealers." ?!!!

Never will go back there after going there twice a year for the last few years. It's funny that this is the first year they didn't send me a survey regarding my stay! Wonder why!
