I have given up my membership to your casino b/c for 12 months I have not ever ever ever come out with any monies to broing home,
I have been at your casino 2-3 times per/wk for 12 months and I never came out a winner.
However, your casino has taken it with swiftness and deliberate undertaking with no rewards to speak of and no gratitude for my presents.
If I went to a store and bought clothing or food at 1 establishment the way I put it into your casino, they would send a limo to my house everyday to drive me anywhere in the state.

Not a fun Casino
Had to wait over twenty minutes for an attendant because the printer ran out of paper, and it was not a busy night. I watched several Managers wander past and not notice at all. Waitreses come around at least once every hour. (Sic). Everyone is always apologizing for the time it takes. Even if you can find an attendant to radio for a waitress, it still takes a half hour to get someone there. Just fix it. We won't even go into the poor payback. I go in expecting to lose money, however it would be nice if $400 at $1.50 a spin would last a little longer than two hours. In the last month you don't even get up to make you at least thing you could profit.
If it pays once: Get off that machine because it will take the rest of hit. When it does pay back, stop and calculate the amount you just "Won", and it is roughly 60% of the monies you have just put into it. You do the math.
They were rude to me
I got sick eating the buffet food and the table limits are ridiculously high. They sent me a flyer stating I had free play on certain days and another flyer stating I had bonus free play. Both flyers stated that to access the free play, all I had to do was download it from any machine. Nowhere did it say I needed the flyer itself. I have never had a problem with any other casinos who give out free play in this manner. I live an hour away and drove on a day when all of the free play would be active. After arriving at the casino, I found that none of my free play had been added to my account. When I went to player services, they were rude and acted like I was trying to cheat them! They told me they had to see the flyers. I told them I did not have them with me. They told me they would not credit me without the flyers. I would think they would have some record of what free play they send to players. I have a Producer account but I won't be spending any more there. I have spent a lot of money playing at that casino and have yet to get a decent payout on any of their machines.I will go back to the Missouri casinos which have a higher payout percentage and considerably better food.
This Casino is convenient to my home (20 minutes) and I like the Atmosphere. I have already complained and I do NOT like their buffet as it doesn't have much variety of hot food although the desserts are very good.
As to the Slot machines, I won a few times but it does appear that the later in the day that I go, the better I do on the slots. I understand that machines are "set" but I believe that they are looser later in the day. I have friends who have gone and will not go back because they never win and I heard it again today at the casino, "I never win here and will not bother to return". Sad, I hope that it stays in business and begins to loosen up as it is a treat to be close to it. Thank you. PS, I rated table games, players club and amenities only because the site doesn't let you leave unless you do but I have no experience with these items.
