Best in Vegas

Beautiful place to stay. Rent a car if you like to keep your options open- traffic is not nearly as crazy as on the strip. Can't rate the tables- I don't play unless it's single deck 3/2 BJ. Food is fabulous- learned I don't like seaweed salad, but there was plenty of other American, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, etc food if you're not feeling as adventurous as I was. Slots are tight, but better than anything on the strip. All the rooms I saw had beautiful views. Baby Cakes was full of sweet works of art to eat. I reccomend the Mango ice cream to everyone.

Customer service still exists!

I wish I could give a 6 for customer service. Every employee we have ever dealt with at M has been friendly, helpful and appreciative. It's obvious that M really emphasizes customer service to its employees. The weekday buffet is the best value in Vegas, easily comparing with the $35-and-up buffets on the strip.

The only downside is its location. You can't take advantage of the all-you-can-drink beer or wine at the buffet if you have to drive. Of course, you can solve that problem by staying in their four-star rooms with separate bath and shower, true HDtv and a typically overpriced minibar (okay, not everything's perfect!)

The M Resort Spa Casino

Last month we visited Las Vegas and on senior day visited the The M Resort Spa Casino. The buffet is half price if paying with points on that day. My wife used her points while I used a coupon that I received in the mail for a free buffet. The buffet is still great but expensive and the lines are still long. The players club was closed and merged with the cashiers office.
My wife stopped getting offers in the mail but I still do although they stopped giving free gifts like wine.

The M is for magnificent

The M Resort/Casino is a really great casino/hotel. The buffet is really, really, really, really excellent, but the line can be unbelievably long, long, long. It's best to go there on a weekday for a late afternoon lunch or early dinner. The service is outstanding and the casino is clean with an open, airy, and modern atmosphere. More active gamers can earn a lot of cool stuff with their easy-to-join slot club. I have always had good service as well and bring out-of-town guests there routinely. Try M...you won't be sorry!

Beautiful M Casino

The M advertises itself as a locals destination; however, even if you're staying on the Strip and doing most of your gambling there, but have a car, you should visit the M. For one thing, the buffet is wonderful. But it is really beautiful and it's enjoyable to just see the place, from its beautiful landscaping, to its water features, to the exotic woods used in its interior decorating. Last time we were there was St. Patrick's Day, there were specials in the bar/lounge area and we had a hard time finding a place to sit and order food. That area could use more tables and better service.

M Resort

M Resort Casino has the best buffet in Las Vegas and we get offers in the mail for free buffets every month. The offers have also included free e-cash and different monthly gifts. This is one of our favorite casinos in Las Vegas.

BEST BUFFET/GREAT ROOMS

Just got back from two days at the "M" last week. Best room and meals for the money in Las Vegas.

Good Player's Club. (free t shirts for joining) A few $5 blackjack tables, but mostly $10-$25.

the best in service for locals

We have been retired and living in Las Vegas for eight years and find the M Casino to be the best for the locals. They really pay attention to service and you get a long play for the dollar at video poker.

We go to a casino 5 to 6 times a week and the M has won us over. As everyone one knows, all the casios have greatly reduced their payout schedules on slot machines. So your gaming dollar is eaten up so quickly you find yourself leaving the casino shortly after you have arrived.

The M casino has made gaming at the slots fun again and you have the best chance of breaking even at this casino than any other in Vegas. Have fun.
