Nice trip and experience!
First of all I am not a professional or even a regular gambler. This is about the fifth casino I have been to thus far. However; thanks to this site my wife and I visited this casino to check it out. It was nice well kept with plenty of slots. I don't do table games thus far, but there were table games and it appeared those playing were having fun.
Staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. We won a quick $440 the first visit of about four hours (Saturday afternoon). Fairly light attendance at Casino in the afternoon. We left and returned later that evening and lost for a while before going back to the hotel and to sleep (Saturday evening). As one would expect it was much more crowded on Saturday evening, however; there was still room to move around and plenty of games to play. It is a large place with a lot of machines to play. We returned early the next morning (Sunday) and lost some more. As expected it was pretty empty on Sunday morning at 7:30AM. We could pick any game we wanted almost.
Overall we had fun and won quickly, then played a long time on our winnings and some of the money we brought to lose. We did not leave empty handed, but would have liked to have left when I was in the positive. However; that is on us, although being new at this, it amazes me I could win $440 with only a $100 starting amount in less than a couple of hours, then spend the next eight to ten hours and never win big at all again. I know the risks and how it all works, but strange how fast it can turn on one.
We had fun and would return though. There is no hotel at the site, but there are plenty within 20 miles that are easy to get to on I44. Sodas, coffee, and tea are free, and food (we didn't eat here) and alcohol (don't drink) were also available but I cannot comment on either.
Would recommend the place to friends though.
nice casino!
Very nice casino. I had fun the staff was very nice and I won some $$
Wow! Very nice casino!
Wow -- I really enjoyed playing at the Red River Casino! Very nice place! They are renovating but from what I can see it is very nice! They have a good selection of slot machines. They have 6 blackjack tables, one 3 card poker and 1 ultimate texas hold em. Very clean casino and the customer service was great!
Seems like WASTE after WASTE!
I do not go often to any casino...I do go to CRRC and have about 5 to 8 times since the summer of 2010....I play slots...I'm not a high roller--OBVIOUSLY....but it would be nice to come home with some money a time or 2....I have never won there...I've played the quarter, dollar, 5 dollar and even played the penny slots (Who knows why?)....But again and again, I come home with no winnings....Some people tell me it is b/c I don't know what I'm doing....maybe so, maybe sticking my money in is my first mistake! LOL! Talking w/ the people I work with, NO ONE goes to this casino....They stick to the ones around Lawton...I live in Lawton, but I like the drive and to 'get away' and that's why I have always chosen to go to CRRC...Plus, the customer service is good, the grill is good and the beers are priced just right....I just would like to win every once in a while!
hi
Excellent because they have a good staff.
Enjoyed the time I went
I went to this casino after losing at Kiowa a couple of times...slots seem to pay alot better and more frequently...however i usually sit and play at one slot until my alotted money is gone...at this casino if the machine wasn't paying after $20 was put in, I moved on..the first machine I lost, moved on to the next, I won $396.00, I played more until that machine said $360, I cashed out and tried a few more, putting between $5 or $10 in each one before moving on, about 5-6 times of doing that..I started to slowly win again..$20 became $40 and so on in one machine, and when I felt that machine wouldn't pay anymore I moved on, I got really lucky on one and ended up winning about $400 off of one machine, I kept playing that particular machine and the $400 soon turned into $1200, I played it down to $950 and decided it was time to leave...I cashed out and was on my way out the door and decided to try $60 into one more machine and I hit $500, tried another machine put $60 and won $500 again..at this point I played about 2-3 hours more using the same method as above but didn't win nearly as much...so to the post who said they need to put more money into a renovation to compete with Kiowa.....I disagree I would much rather go to a casino that is run down and win at least what I put into it or more, rather than going to a casino that has great renovations and lose every time I go...also customer staff were bar none......
Slots are getting better
Since the Kiowa opened next door they are loosening up the slots. The Kiowa next door is much nicer and cleaner, but no booze. Red River needs to do renovating to keep up with the competion.

At first I thought this was a dump by looking at the outside. Inside wasn't much better until I stayed awhile.
The snack grill was good and cheap. Mixed drinks cost about $4.
Gaming was good enough. Payback pretty good.
We stayed 4 hours. I'll go back.
