This casino is in my area so I play a lot. In the last six months the payouts have been terrible. Be aware that their slot machines can be manipulated at will by management. The bonus rounds (red spins) are set to pay very little and the free spins are far and few between. It is obvious that the machines have been manipulated. When a VGT Machine is playing right it is fun to play but their machines are dead and have been for a long time. I have played to many of these machines to know when they are right and when they are not and these machine are lousy.I have made my last trip to Newcastle Casino and would suggest that everyone steers clear.

High stakes players seem to do fine on the slots but the quarter slot machines are the worst I have ever played on. Pathetic payouts. The payouts on the quarter machines have to be below 50%. Never go to Newcastle Casino to play quarter slots. It is a total waste of money. I wish the state would get involved in the regulations so we would know that the game is fair. There should be a limit on low payout percentages but in this state the tribes regulate themselves and that isn't fair to the players. Some of the poorest players play the quarter slot machines. It is a shame.

I guess that I am a glutton for punishment but finally made my last trip to this casino yesterday. The payouts in this pit have been absolutely pathetic for a year and the quality of the players that play in this casino has went downhill big time. The only thing that makes sense is that the greed has turned it into a money pit. The people that are operating this casino don't deserve one thin dime. Sooner or later they will lose all of their players and have to close their doors. Maybe that is their plan. I would suggest that nobody waste any time and especially their money in this establishment that they are calling a casino.

I believe that they have a glitch in their computer system and have had for several months. The quarter machines seem to be affected by the glitch because they don't react like they used to react. I have tried machine after machine and all of them seem to be broken or have something wrong with them. If they have a red free spin the payout is almost nothing even if they red free spin several times in a row the payouts are weak. The management in this casino needs to repair their quarter machines or just shut them down. People are playing these broken machines and wasting their hard earned money. with no chance of winning anything. I watch the one dollar machines and the five dollar machines and they don't seem to have this glitch but I can't afford to play those machines.

Over the last year their payouts on their VGT Slot Machines have become pathetic. They have taken the fun out of playing. I am an avid player and in the past this was a fair casino but these days the machines are set to pay the lowest amounts possible. The good part is that it is affecting their customer base. A majority of the players now are elderly people and people who look as if they can't afford to play and there are a lot of people asking for money and searching for tickets left in machines. A very poor atmosphere for players. There are more employees than players no matter what day you play. maybe they have to set the take higher in order to pay all of those employees? The employees seem to be the only people having fun in this casino.

The Chickasaw Tribe recently changed their website so people can't contact them now. Probably because of the complaints about their low payouts. That means that they are going to continue with the low payout percentages and not listen to their players concerns. That is a very arrogant way to run a business. Evidently they are making enough profit from the senior citizens that are left to play their machines. The best bet is to stay completely away from The Chickasaw Casinos and people need to war our senior citizens about these low payouts and the arrogance of The Chickasaw Tribe. They are now too good to answer questions about their underhanded practices.

I am not sure why the State of Oklahoma allows these people to regulate themselves when the citizens of this state are the people playing in this casino. I quit playing in this casino because I finally decided that they were cheating with their payout programming. The High Roller machines seem to be set at a fair payout percentage but their quarter machines have to be set below 50% payout and nobody can prove it because the good old State of Oklahoma left out the payout percentages when they passed the legislation to allow the tribes to open casinos so these tribes don't have to even tell what the payout percentages are in their casinos. That makes it a scam in my opinion and it is a scam that needs to be stopped. I have been emailing and writing and calling representatives at the Capital and in Washington. We have to start regulating these casinos or close them down for the sake of our citizens. Especially our senior citizens that are frequently playing in all of the tribe casinos. Our senior citizens don't get on the computer to read the reviews so they don't have a clue that the payout percentages are set for them to lose. It is a crime to steal from the good citizens of Oklahoma.

If you play quarters and hit a hundred take your money and run. In the past this was a great casino and you had a good chance at winning when you played there but it has changed over the last year.Their take is outrageous these days. The quarter VGT machines are dead these days. They have squeezed the payouts to a point that it isn't even fun to play anymore. Their VGT machines are linked with Riverwind so Riverwind has the same low payouts. It is too easy for these Chickasaw Casino's to get greedy when they regulate themselves. Talk about a sure bet and easy profits!!! The State of Oklahoma needs to legalize gambling and give these Indians a run for their money. The competition would put them out of business and end the tribal greed.

The travis ledoyt concert was a blast. Our party of six attended. The only complaint i have is that for an outdoor concert, where you can bring your own chairs, we were not able to take in our cups of soda. In the casino pop is free and outside you need to buy a drink. We wanted to use our money inside which, we did before and after the concert, but it makes no sense at all to have to buy a soda outside and inside it is free. This needs improving in my opinion

This casino has fell into the gutter when it comes to playing their slot machines because their payouts suck now and have for the last 6 months. In the past you could play their red spin quarter machines for a few hours on a hundred buck with the possibility of even hitting a jackpot. Those days are over at Newcastle. Now you are lucky if you even get a red spin with any payout at all on a hundred dollars. It is like sticking your money in an empty vending machine time after time. The thrill s gone at Newcastle Casino.

Note: I have noticed over the last year that more and more people are wearing surgical mask while playing at Newcastle and I always thought it was because of the smoke. I found out the hard way that it isn't because of the smoke. The last time I played there I caught Pneumonia. So not only did I lose 200 dollars in an hour and a half the visit also cost me 500 in doctor bills to cure the infection I caught.

Nothing positive at Newcastle Casino.

Newcastle Casino went from being one of the best casinos in the state to the absolute worst casino in the state over the last year. Nobody is winning anything at Newcastle.About half of the machines are broken and even with all of the employees standing around you can't get any help when you need it. Even in the bonus round the VGT Machines have very weak payouts. Attendance is also very weak so the word is spreading about the low payouts. When you are having troubling getting people in the door lowering the payout percentages is an ignorant business decision. These Indian Casinos are on the take with a license to steal and they are stealing from the good citizens of Oklahoma.

Something to be aware of in all Oklahoma Casinos.

I have uncovered yet another scheme for these people to capitalize on. Now they have designed a ban list that they are hiding behind the theme of addictive players. It seems that there are at least 11,000 people on this ban list. The way they are going to enforce this list is to deny jackpots to these people. They have hoodwinked The State of Oklahoma again using the term Gambling Addiction. How would someone know if they were on this so called ban list and why would they wait until some fed a machine before they told the player. Since they have no regulation what is to keep them from adding people to a ban list to keep them from paying a player the jackpot? The plot thickens on the underhanded Indian Casinos in Oklahoma.

This casino has been going downhill for awhile now. The machine are absolutely not paying out anything over the last few months. A total waste of money and time. My last time in the place I spent 200 dollars on quarter VTG Machines and had one hit for forty bucks and then nothing from then on. A very depressing visit. Out of my 200 dollars I had four red bonus spins that payed a few dollars and one that payed the forty dollars. My 200 dollars lasted about an hour and a half. Over the last three months it has been the same at Newcastle and my last visit was my last visit. They have taken the fun out of playing in their casino. The employee posting below talks about legitimate complaints. Bad experiences are legitimate complaints in my opinion especially when the bad experiences continue to happen.

With all of the bad reviews on these so called casinos I do not understand why the management of this never never wins do not reconsider their greediness. I can only say they may be thinking "milk these cows (us) while we can". Okay cows let graze on some other prairies that has better and fuller grass. do not drop your hard earned money in such dishonest businesses. Lately since the Chickasaw bought Remington another miserable place is added to the twin disasters.

twin disaster river wind and new castle add Reming

With all of the bad reviews on these so called casinos I do not understand why the management of this never never wins do not reconsider their greediness. I can only say they may be thinking "milk these cows (us) while we can". Okay cows let graze on some other prairies that has better and fuller grass. do not drop your hard earned money in such dishonest businesses. Lately since the Chickasaw bought Remington another miserable place is added to the twin disasters.

I don't think it has to do with loose or tight machines. It has to do with programming and the ability to change the programming at will. They seem to have you sold on the machines being random and if they were random there would be payouts throughout the day and that isn't happening at Newcastle or at Riverwind. When the machines are paying out they seem to payout for an hour or two and then the entire casino seems to go dead and nothing is paying out. If they were really random that wouldn't happen. When the casino goes dead the machines will not play at all. I think the casino is like a water faucet that can be turned on and turned off at will. As an employee, if you would pay attention, you would see it happen. I am also sure that you know when the casino dies like all of the other employees. The employees won't even look at people when the casino dies. If the Chickasaws continue to do this to their customers their business will die sooner or later. Nobody walks into any casino with the expectation to lose but they should expect to lose at Newcastle and at Riverwind.

As a chickasaw nation employee, I would like to say that after reviewing all comments and statements about Newcastle Casino, in which the facility I am employed, that most of your complaints are that the machines are not loose enough to win??? I understand the atmosphere should be fun and we strive for it, but just because people do not appear happy or hollering because they won a jackpot, does not mean that they lost. Furthermore I know some basic knowledge of the machines and quite frankly you cannot expect to win all the time, and no we do not "rig" the machines to make it to where you win all the time for awhile and then after awhile you lose. Basically the machine is programmed off of pure randomness and timing. If anything, we strive for good customer service and I see fit to make sure to pass the message along about your more legitimate complaints. Have a good day! :)

Atmosphere is terrible and slot attendants are pathetic. These days there are more employees than customers in the place. Word of the low payouts must be getting around. These people have taken the fun out of playing in their casino. One thing for sure is that you can expect to lose your money at New Castle Gaming Center. The payouts at their Riverwind Casino are the same.

Machines are dead and the place is filthy. If you do go wash your hands often. The only slots that are paying are the one dollar and five dollar slots and even they have small payouts. The atmosphere is terrible because nobody is winning anything.

In the past this casino was fair but in the last several months they have it set up to lose. All they do now is take. It seems to be hurting business because the seats in front of their quarter slot machines have been empty lately. The Chickasaws are on the take these days. Their Riverwind Casino is set up the same way. No fun to play dead machines and both casinos have dead machines.

What a crappy place! Do not go! A rip-off! They promise earn 10 points and get $10 reward dollars - what they don't tell you is that it takes $20 or $30 to earn a single point!!!! Then when you play the $20 and the points don't show up, they say they don't know what's wrong and refuse to help. Unfriendly staff, unhelpful. Very smoky place. We won't be back. Beware!

This place has the best grill around, the philly cheese steak is to die for with the cheese fries! The slots are better than most places around the okc area, worth the extra drive. Lots of slots to choose from, new and old school ones! Plenty of space too. Never too smokey!
