Newcastle Casino went from being one of the best casinos in the state to the absolute worst casino in the state over the last year. Nobody is winning anything at Newcastle.About half of the machines are broken and even with all of the employees standing around you can't get any help when you need it. Even in the bonus round the VGT Machines have very weak payouts. Attendance is also very weak so the word is spreading about the low payouts. When you are having troubling getting people in the door lowering the payout percentages is an ignorant business decision. These Indian Casinos are on the take with a license to steal and they are stealing from the good citizens of Oklahoma.

I have uncovered yet another scheme for these people to capitalize on. Now they have designed a ban list that they are hiding behind the theme of addictive players. It seems that there are at least 11,000 people on this ban list. The way they are going to enforce this list is to deny jackpots to these people. They have hoodwinked The State of Oklahoma again using the term Gambling Addiction. How would someone know if they were on this so called ban list and why would they wait until some fed a machine before they told the player. Since they have no regulation what is to keep them from adding people to a ban list to keep them from paying a player the jackpot? The plot thickens on the underhanded Indian Casinos in Oklahoma.

This casino has been going downhill for awhile now. The machine are absolutely not paying out anything over the last few months. A total waste of money and time. My last time in the place I spent 200 dollars on quarter VTG Machines and had one hit for forty bucks and then nothing from then on. A very depressing visit. Out of my 200 dollars I had four red bonus spins that payed a few dollars and one that payed the forty dollars. My 200 dollars lasted about an hour and a half. Over the last three months it has been the same at Newcastle and my last visit was my last visit. They have taken the fun out of playing in their casino. The employee posting below talks about legitimate complaints. Bad experiences are legitimate complaints in my opinion especially when the bad experiences continue to happen.

With all of the bad reviews on these so called casinos I do not understand why the management of this never never wins do not reconsider their greediness. I can only say they may be thinking "milk these cows (us) while we can". Okay cows let graze on some other prairies that has better and fuller grass. do not drop your hard earned money in such dishonest businesses. Lately since the Chickasaw bought Remington another miserable place is added to the twin disasters.

I don't think it has to do with loose or tight machines. It has to do with programming and the ability to change the programming at will. They seem to have you sold on the machines being random and if they were random there would be payouts throughout the day and that isn't happening at Newcastle or at Riverwind. When the machines are paying out they seem to payout for an hour or two and then the entire casino seems to go dead and nothing is paying out. If they were really random that wouldn't happen. When the casino goes dead the machines will not play at all. I think the casino is like a water faucet that can be turned on and turned off at will. As an employee, if you would pay attention, you would see it happen. I am also sure that you know when the casino dies like all of the other employees. The employees won't even look at people when the casino dies. If the Chickasaws continue to do this to their customers their business will die sooner or later. Nobody walks into any casino with the expectation to lose but they should expect to lose at Newcastle and at Riverwind.

As a chickasaw nation employee, I would like to say that after reviewing all comments and statements about Newcastle Casino, in which the facility I am employed, that most of your complaints are that the machines are not loose enough to win??? I understand the atmosphere should be fun and we strive for it, but just because people do not appear happy or hollering because they won a jackpot, does not mean that they lost. Furthermore I know some basic knowledge of the machines and quite frankly you cannot expect to win all the time, and no we do not "rig" the machines to make it to where you win all the time for awhile and then after awhile you lose. Basically the machine is programmed off of pure randomness and timing. If anything, we strive for good customer service and I see fit to make sure to pass the message along about your more legitimate complaints. Have a good day! :)

Atmosphere is terrible and slot attendants are pathetic. These days there are more employees than customers in the place. Word of the low payouts must be getting around. These people have taken the fun out of playing in their casino. One thing for sure is that you can expect to lose your money at New Castle Gaming Center. The payouts at their Riverwind Casino are the same.

Machines are dead and the place is filthy. If you do go wash your hands often. The only slots that are paying are the one dollar and five dollar slots and even they have small payouts. The atmosphere is terrible because nobody is winning anything.

In the past this casino was fair but in the last several months they have it set up to lose. All they do now is take. It seems to be hurting business because the seats in front of their quarter slot machines have been empty lately. The Chickasaws are on the take these days. Their Riverwind Casino is set up the same way. No fun to play dead machines and both casinos have dead machines.

What a crappy place! Do not go! A rip-off! They promise earn 10 points and get $10 reward dollars - what they don't tell you is that it takes $20 or $30 to earn a single point!!!! Then when you play the $20 and the points don't show up, they say they don't know what's wrong and refuse to help. Unfriendly staff, unhelpful. Very smoky place. We won't be back. Beware!

This place has the best grill around, the philly cheese steak is to die for with the cheese fries! The slots are better than most places around the okc area, worth the extra drive. Lots of slots to choose from, new and old school ones! Plenty of space too. Never too smokey!
