Gone down Hill
Have gone here many times since it opened. It has gone from a top Casino to one of the worst. Food/Buffet was top notch. Went to there Brunch this past weekend and could not beleave the quality of food and the price charged. Could have gone to Dennys and got a much better quality of food at a lot lower price. And their Slots have not been changed since they built the place at least most of them are old and wore out. And tight. Who ever said they cant set the slots has been smoking to much wacky tobacco. Its called Server ripoff.
Worse payouts in the state AND they know it!
I consider myself an avid player at slots. Been to every casino on the I5 corridor and Snoqualmie has the worst payouts in the state. I've won jackpots at most but this Casino pays out rarely on Jackpots. They also do not advertise if a slot hits so unless you see someone win, you'll be left guessing. If you stick to minimum, low bets on dated machines (older games) you can stay stagnate at best. The Casino knows they don't payout well and have no plans to change it. They leverage on their dining and cleanliness to bring back repeat victims. I'd recommend skipping this casino for this reason. Not sure why the state hasn't investigated them yet. Stick to table games, it's harder for them to edge on those so your odds are better at winning.
The slot machines here do not pay out! If you are a slot player stay away from this place because you will lose, lose, lose! They recently put a lot of new slot machines in with very high dollar amounts(minimum bet $2.80) so they can take your money even faster!
Visited for a second time recently. Dealers, cashier, floorman were very nice. One floorman saw our confused faces and helped us find a low-limit blackjack table. The non-smoking area was a nice surprise!
I have been going to Snoqualmie since it opened. In the beginning you could win on the slot machines so it was fun and exciting. Now you can't win two nickles to rub together, if you tried. Very greedy corporation and to the point where it is just not a fun experience anymore. I'd rather play the stock market. I think it is not managed correctly and little by little people will drop off and go to another casino. I know I do.
Best Casino East of Seattle
This is a great casino for table games and craps, but like all other Casinos in WA state, the slots are pretty tight. I might put $20 in the machines when I go. The tribal casinos know people will still play the machines no matter how much they pay back. All of the table games have really good rules. The beer selection is also good. All of the dealers I have played with have been nice.
I agree with Ryan....STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. I took my neighbor who doesn't drive to pull a prize from their barrel tonight. I played 50c bets on three machines and lost $60 without any play back. After 1 hour of play, we had lost $100 each and shared similar stories. To add misery, my player card increased by 3 measly points! When I complained at the Crescent Player Club, the attendant told me that the credits are 1 point for every $20 played in the slot! This is the last time I will play there.
I've made my last visit to snoqualmie casinos
I frequent snoqualmie casino at least three, sometimes four times weekly. For almost two months I have noticed the payouts getting lesser and lesser every time I go. I usually go with around 200.00 - 350.00 each visit. Let me just say "IVE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF IN MY LIFE". Makes no difference if your betting high or low, THE MACHINES DO NOT PAY.
It is such a beautiful location for a Casino! The land around it is amazing with Mount Si seeming to smile down on you! However, no matter how beautiful the grounds or building is, people want a respectable chance at winning!! I get a chance to pop over from Seattle with a respectable amount of cash to spend. I will try 4 or 5 different slot machines trying to find one that will give me some fun ($$$) back, to no avail!! I was coming 3-4 times a month, but now only make the effort once a month! How sad to have this beautiful location, but NO decent payouts. I will be heading to Muckleshoot or save for a Vegas Trip soonly!
Slot payback rate seems low to me
I have been going here since they opened. You used to be able to win once in a while on their slots but that is a thing of the past. You can go through several hundred quickly. The other night I put in two hundred in about 45 minutes before I even got a bonus, and then I got a measly $65 bucks on a $1.25 bet which it proceded to take back. Bonus triggers are not often enough and if you're lucky to get one, you're not getting paid enough to make it worth your while. If you are hoping to get your money back or stay even good luck. The people are nice enough and there is good values for food and merchandise with your players card points. The last few times I have gone there I have really felt ripped off, I went through about $2000 last month. I am not a max better either I am usually at .50 to 1.25 but when you don't get a payback it goes quickly. You would be better off playing blackjack or craps where you at least stand a chance. Save your money and go somewhere else to play slots, until they loosen up those slots I would say stay away. You have been warned.
Good Food.. Nice Folks... NO PAYS
Been going there for a long time.. the Sushi Bar is great.. the apple fritters are great, and mostly folks are friendly. UNFORTUNATELY the slots have gone off a cliff. I don't play the tables often. In general... very smoky, some nice food.. don't plan on winning. It kind of begs the question... why go?
This Casino Is In Heavy Debt, You Have Been Warned
This is part of the article that was posted in the Seattle Times back in February of 2011, "The tribe now needs a CEO who can manage the casino as tribal members contemplate expanding the business with a hotel and refinancing its debt after the 2013 and 2014 maturity of the bonds. The entire $330 million debt comes due at that time".

This is why their machines do not pay period. They are in heavy debt and until people stop feeding this place their hard earned money, they will never loosen the machines to even a fair payback.
I have been playing at the Snoqualmie Casino since it opened and have won a few jackpots on the slots, but in the past months the slots have gotten alot tighter. You don't get the "every few winnings" to keep you playing anymore...its a suction & draining feeling from your wallet to the machine and you are the middleman. TIP: if you put in a $100 bill the machine will take it quicker than putting in $20'S.
I feel since the food is expensive and so are the drinks that they could at least let us win a bit more. After a concert we wanted to have Sushi and were told there was a 2.5 hour wait....You're Kidding?....and the eating area only seats around 20 people. So we decided after losing $$ before the concert and after, that we would get takeout from there...they DO NOT have all the choices on the takeout menu. I would like to see them enlarge Kiindai's to accommodate more people.
The Valet service is very friendly, quick and cheerful....but they let a visually intoxicated lady get into her car and drive away....WOW...I WAS NOT IMPRESSED with that.....since I was going to be on the same roadway in a few minutes too.
The Waitresses are very friendly and do get your drinks quickly but if you go during the weekdays and before 5pm...they are scarce to find.
I don't believe the Sno Corporate office figured the casino would be a large draw in such a short time since the Muckleshoot is only a half hour away (but I feel it has a lower class of patrons there, this is why I stopped going to the Mucks since they opened0. Summary: If you want a chance of winning go during the weekdays, mornings are better, early mornings on the weekends or after 11pm daily. If there are more patrons playing they are tighter than a few playing. Good Luck!
They have figured out how to hook you
You drive up and its in a beautiful setting. You walk in and you cant believe they have all that property and room and this is what they have come up with. A crowded casino with tiny restaurants with long lines.
Narrow crowded isles. No separate non-smoking building, just a small little end of the casino for non smoking. The expensive gourmet type restaurant is better but has very limited hours and will set you back between $100 - $200 for 2 or all off your card points.
HOWEVER this is the important part. The slot machines are very tight. You almost certainly will lose alot. They have a slick and smart (for them) marketing dept. They send you entries for promotions where you have a chance to win a bit of cash if you drop a bunch of money in the casino on a regular basis, then all the little lambs that have just driven 45 minutes to get there ,as its a drive for most "locals", go and drop what they just "won" plus a day or two wages or what have you, and then come back next week and do it again. DEPRESSING.
I can only say don't get sucked in. I'm trying to stay away from this casino, wish me luck.
Poor Payouts, Old Machines, Deceptive practices
I have unfortunately visited the Snoqualmie Casino several times and really can't come up with a single positive thing about the place.
Snoqualmie casino has TERRIBLE payouts on their machines. The machines are old, a lot of them are amazingly the same ones they had when they opened 3 years ago. The redemption machines are always down (Seems very deceptive).
This place is just a waste of money. There isn't even anything resembling an entertainment value here.
The clientele has gone way downhill as well. Amazing to me that people keep going back to this place.
I would rate it ZERO stars if I could.
Like others, I think the Snoqualmie Casino is too corporate. Sure, it's big and cleaner than many, and they only hire attractive cocktail waitresses and bartenders, so I suppose the eye candy is OK.
But you don't go to a casino to ogle the help (at least I don't); I want to WIN!
Doesn't happen at this place. At least, it hasn't happened to me in the five or six times I've been.
The one bright spot are the cocktail waitresses. They seem to come around more frequently than at other establishments and the one time I wanted a beer, they were quick to bring it.
Food? I'm not spending time and money to eat at a casino unless I'm on a roll and that hasn't happened for me here.
Too crowded table games and restaurants
I like the casino, certainly better than others in the area, but what ruins this experience is how crowded it is all the time, there are only 4 roulette tables (or less open), you can't sit down or step away for a second, somebody will take your spot right away. Same goes for restaurants. The smaller ones come with 2 hour wait times standard, as does the buffet on the weekends.
So unless you enjoy being pushed around by others, or play $25 minimum blackjack, look elsewhere.
The poker room is small and usually feels crowded at the tables even when the room isn't full. The dealers are professional and competent for the most part but the supervisory staff is unfriendly. I never get a good feeling when I walk in there. They generally play 4-8 limit and 2-5 no limit. The high hand payouts are skimpy and I generally don't play there anymore.
The waitresses in the main casino can be very cute although the ones that service the poker room are nothing special. If you have to have a no limit game then this is the closest option to Seattle but for my money there are better places to play cards. Parkers and Diamond Lil's being two choices. Tulalip if you have to have a no limit game.
Use the valet service, fast and good.
You Win Some You Lose Some
I have been to Snoqualamie casino about 40 times in the last 2 months and have been to other casinos in the area, and in my opinion Snoqualamie is the best. First they have free water in coolers in the casino that you can help yourself to, second you can get a free soft drink from any waiter/waitress for free. The atmosphere is friendly and safe. Seems to be a higher class of people go there. The ladies that serve the drinks are the cutest around. The buffet is second to none, especially Sunday for the king crab buffet. I have yet to pay for a meal yet because I joined the players club and the points build quickly wether you win or lose. They just sent me about 140 dollars in free coupons some 5 some 10 which can pay for my gas because I live 22 miles away. As far as winning I was winning every time I went in December but have hit a bad streak and have given most of it back. Never the less it is gambling and you should only gamble want you can afford to lose. It has been very fun for me and entertaining. My games of choice have been Roulette and as far as slots Triple dragon, Mermaid and a 1$ machine cant remember the name but has quick hit.
I like this casino for the most part.
I have won at slots more often than not at this casino. I have noticed the machines tighten up at about 3-4am, don't know how long they stay that way. Guess I'll find out today. Wish there were more $5 blackjack tables, or even a $3 table.
The best thing about this casino for me is the slots. there is a huge selection and like I said, I often do quite well, not always, but hey, it's called gambling for a reason.
The boxcar cafe has decent food, but a bigger selection would be nice, or at least change the menu now and then.
DO NOT ENTER, DO NOT BOTHER. CORPORATE GREED
I love casinos, but this one is too corporate. I lost several thousand of my OWN money in one week while on Vacation out in Washington. My best friend witnessed the whole thing. When they had their multiplying point hours the machines would tighten up even more. As soon as the hour was up, they became tight again, as appose to super tight. Redeeming machines are always out of order. Forget about getting drinks while playing. Food in Buffet is equivalent to chum and may be priced too high for lower quality meats and sea food. Also, I noticed the prices of Buffet where different, however it was the same food lunch and dinner M-S. They just raised the prices knowing more victims would show up those days (horrible). You need to buy your soft drinks. This place needs alot of work as speaking to alot of the locals they are fed up with feeling "conned". I not once saw a hand pay the whole week I was there. I LOST everything as we went every single day back there in hopes of some salvaging/ redemption payout. Although that money was allocated for my trip, I didn't want to give it away quite like that. Not one patron won big (or anything more then what they put in, as we spoke and witnessed the same thing happening all around us everyday and night we were there). It was an expensive lesson. I have played @ several casinos across the country, this one was the worst. It has potential to be fair with its honesty and really build relationships on trust and fun, but it seems like it has a long way to go
Might as well flush your money down the toilet at
I have been to this casino a dozen times in the past three months, and the slots NEVER PAY. It's a total joke! Most of the ticket-redemption machines are broken, and unless you're playing the $5 slots, you'll never see a waitress the entire time you're there. Food and drinks are overpriced and not even good to begin with.
The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the valet service is fast (which is good, because by the time you've lost $500 in less than an hour, you just want to get the hell out).
Been there 3 times solid losses, people there are very nice and helpful, food is good but very expensive when you consider all of the losses incurred. Beautiful inside and out.
If you're looking for entertainment, the concerts can be good. If you're looking for a club then seattle and bellevue have the best, sno lounge is empty most of the time. They don't even have karaoke! Gotta go down the street for that. Gaming, sure until you're sick of handing over buckets of cash. Go play pull tabs somewhere, you'll do better.
Snoqualmie casino is TERRIBLE. Take the free money
First of all. Let's get a few things out of the way. Snoqualmie casino has the tighest slots in the state of Washington. The place is in heavy debt. This is not just personal observation it is fact. A buddy of mine used to be a slot supervisor there and told me they set the paybacks to the state minimums of 75 percent. At those odds you might as well just flush your money down the toilet. You can touch the screen, rub the side, twirl in circles, makes no difference you will lose your shirt.
More info on the slots at snoqualmie:
These are electronic pulltabs. I believe that management has been known to pull a batch of pulltabs that have many jackpots left, only to leave the low paying winners.
If you NEED to gamble on the slots just play the minimum.
Blackjack seems like a fair game. However their roulette and craps seems extremely sketchy. On weekends no one is winning at craps. 7 seems to come up more often then it should. Remember they are completely UNREGULATED.
FREE MONEY ADVICE:
After you open a player card there and play a little they will send you free coupons. Simply redeem your coupons and LEAVE. That is the only way you will win.
Quite honestly this place is to be avoided. You CANNOT win anything here on the machines, PERIOD, end of story. Take the free money and run.
The worst casino I've ever set foot in!
I have been to many casinos, including just about every one in the sate of Washington, and this casino by far is the "WORST" casino I have been to in my life. Any of the reviews here that give this casino anything other than a 1 star rating, I would think are from people working at this casino. As one review said "Paybacks so low it feels like theft", that is an understatement.
When you bring over three hundred dollars into a casino and are playing slot machines, you would expect it to last at least 4 or more hours when playing penny slots. That is not the case at this place. My $340 was gone in less than an hour, to be almost exact, I was broke and walking out of this place within 50 minutes wondering what the hell just happened to all my money in such a short period of time. It does not matter if you bet the highest or lowest in this place, the machines "DO NOT" pay out what so ever.
I highly advise anyone who has any self respect, and if you work hard for your money, stay away from this place and do not allow them to rob you of your hard worked money. On my way out I made a comment to one of the guys at the door, I asked what there pay back was in regards to the slot machines, he laughed and said "probably one of the best pay backs in the state of Washington", I looked at him and said "how much are they paying you to say that?"
Horrible. Just Horrible!
Nearly everything about this casino is the absolute pits. Parking is a nightmare, dealers are rude. Food is TERRIBLE! We have gone several times, and lose each and every time. Slot machines are very tight. It's not even fun to go there. Save your money, and look for someone else more worthy of it.
This has become my favorite place to play, dine and be entertained. It is a first-class establishment with OUTSTANDING service. The food is fantastic. The Player's Club is one of the best I have ever seen (they provide SO much more than ANY other casino in the area...great cash back with LOTS of multiplier days and the choice of using cash or comps...mailers...I think I got something like 14 cash coupons this month). And hands-down the best entertainment selection and production in the Northwest. I get plenty of play on my money...I don't always win, but I ALWAYS see winners around. Couldn't recommend more!
Boycott the casino
Please do not attend the concerts at the casino. The casino has blasted the residents of Snoqualmie with their concert series this summer – there’s no escape from the noise. The town has banded together to try to get the concerts turned down or stopped completely. For more information, see the Facebook page STOP THE SNOQUALMIE CASINO OUTDOOR CONCERT NOISE! Please help the citizens of Snoqualmie by boycotting the casino.
Stay away. Paybacks so low it feels like theft
Where to begin. There are so may negative things to say about the snoqualmie casino I could literally write a book.
Well let's start with the slots. Tight as can be. As others have pointed out it almost feels like you are being fleeced and literally robbed. Minimum bet, maximum bet. Makes no difference. The hold must be at-east 15 percent. I also noticed they push huge wins out a few times a day leaving the rest losers.
Enjoy your 30 mile drive home wondering where the hell all your money went, and why you lost it so quickly.
