Bad customer service

The worst customer service nice casino but really tight slots I have spent a lot of money there been going for 10 years been there more than cherokee casino in Roland I’ve had much better luck at Cherokee and there customer service is the best I have won a 24000 pot a 20000 pot 9600 pot and. 6400 pot at Cherokee casino the biggest I’ve ever hit at choctaw is 5000 and I’ve spent much more money there. I would recommend Cherokee over Chocktaw any day of the week my host Deanna is awesome she makes sure I have a pleasant experience. Choctaw has gotten so big unless u spend 20000 a month there they really treat you bad.

Basically stole my credit card

My credit card was not returned at the restaurant so when I discovered it hours and over 100 miles later I called them. They would not cut it up so I could have a new card sent to me. I told them that I could give them the number, my name, the expiration date, the CVV code, fax them my drivers license and a photo of a duplicate card, and even tell them what I had for lunch so they could verify that with our waitress. I even spoke to the next idiot up in security but he would not help me by simply cutting up the card ! Now I've had to contact my CC company, cancel the account, wait for new account cards to be mailed to me, and spend god knows how long on the phone calling 8 companies that have my old number on file for automatic billing. I've dealt with idiots before, but these guys take the cake. Ironically, we had planned to go back occasionally like we usually do in Siloam Springs. Cancel that !

Had a Great Time!

My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop by.  First off, the selection of slot machines was impressive.  Almost any slot machine I wanted to play was there. Loved that I finally got to try out many machines that I have only viewed played online. We played around for a little bit and was not winning anything. Then our luck turned and my husband hit a jackpot for $1250. I then went to highlimits on $90 and got my bankroll up to $1700. Played a little more of course, but we left with a total of $2200. We played with $360. So made a profit and played a long time! I would love to visit again. We did notice that the casino floor did not have a strong cig. odor like many casinos we have visited do, which was refreshing. I did not drink or eat anywhere in the casino, but I was asked numerous times if I wanted something to drink. The staff was very friendly!

Just hand them your money without playing

Worst casino I have ever played at if your rich and handing over your money is not a problem this casino is for you but if you are going there to win I would not go they have the slots fixed where they don't pay out anything so if you can handle losing all your money by all means visit them you won't be disappointed

nice but

The overall Casino is really nice. Hardly no cigarette smoke (unless you are sitting next to a smoker of course.) Everything is new and nice. I really like the lighting and climate control (it's perfect that you just want to keep pushing those buttons; which brings me to my next comment.
The slot machines are loose but not too much. Many times I played high bets, I endup winning a small amount, unusually less than 40.00; while many folks would win the same or higher on lower bets. This is a normal trend at this casino during business hours. Now, in late nights, you can get really lucky with those high bets.
The only bad thing I don't like about the casino is the food choices. I had people swear of the food and service qualities, but I can tell you from experience, that I couldn't find either. I ordered a 12.00 cheese burger at the bar\grill and it was more like 1.99; in fact, I tasted better burgers at carls jr for a lower price. There are no drink stations on the floor, you will have to ask one of the waitresses on the floor to get you a drink if you can find one. They normally stick with the alcohol drinkers (who tip more) than the water or soda drinkers like myself. All and all, if you are the casual player wanting to spend a good time with a partner, then I would recommend this place, but if you are going there to win big, then you may get lucky or not...
