Way too many penny slots, low amount of progressives slots, mininimum based jackpots of 1500.00, nothing real large very often, and was mentioned "Menominee money" was kept within the tribe at 40.000 plus., they need to focus on what the patrons want rather than what they feel will make them more percentages, we all know the low denomination slots pay in the 80 percentile, they just keep bringing in those stupid penny, nickel slots by the truck load, if you're Menominee, listen to us we come out quite often, but have been disappointed in the outcome for the last year or so. "winning comes naturally in small amounts"

menominee casino has dramatically improved within the past year since i was allowed back to game. i walked in on dec. 31 and hit up a genie lamp dollar machine for max bet which is 5 bucks. the machine kept spitting cash at me until i walked out with over 1,700 dollars. the slots are fair and managements attitude has dramatically improved. one thing i must stress is DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, PLAY ANY MACHINE IF THE CASHOUT BUTTON IS ILLUMINATED WITHOUT GETTING A SLOT ATTENDANT TO CASH IT OUT BEFOREHAND! they barred me for a whole year for playing a machine with 4 measily cents left on it. there's one floor manager who i will not mention by name, who's a troublemaker but i have not seen him on the floor itself lately. all other management is well kept, professional and courteous. otherwise, this casino has dramatically improved and seems to be the highest paying casino in the area with the exception of potawotami and on occasion ho-chunk. JUST MIND YOUR MANNERS and things will go smoothly.

This casino is great. The customer service was wonderful and the gaming was great. We stayed at the motel and the room was clean and very comfortable. The waitress we had for Breakfast (Nancy) was outstanding. The only complaint we had was that when we checked into the room the gentlemen told us free breakfast in the morning but forgot to tell us that it was only one certain breakfast we could get for $2.50. Ended up paying $8.00 for breakfast--which we thought was going to be free. This casino is a great place to visit and play at. We had a lot of fun there. Fantastic customer service. Thanks.

Long trip getting there. I won't go again unless they pay for it.

Used to love this casino, we were able to play a long time without losing a lot and staff was extremely friendly. Recently you can feel the tension among the staff. Disappointed that promotions manager "Jim" is no longer there. Several promotions have also been discontinued and slots seem much "tighter." Fun atmosphere is no longer there.

Great Slot games, just not enough of the popular games.
My Husband and I have not lost the two times we've gone, but the food and the RUDE attitudes of the workers there will
keep us from going back.
We have never seen so many unhappy looking employees at a casino anywhere else!

I love casinos and have one within a few miles of home in Milwaukee that I never go to but MUCH prefer to go to Menominee Casino.

The staff is easy to find when you need them, the players club (people and perks) AWESOME! They give you so many opportunities for money back, either through earning points to redeem, mailers, drawings (and I have been called many a time for $50 to $100 drawings).

This is a small town but the visitors and staff are very friendly. I've also stayed in the hotel many times and the rooms have always been clean and staff very nice. I've always felt very secure either playing or staying at this facility. I've been to many of the Wisconsin casinos and they are nice too, but I seem to walk away with more in my pocket at Menominee, even if it is a small amount.

Didn't stay at the hotel. Food was good. We ate at the bingo snack bar for lunch, not bad. We ate at the resturant for dinner. Food was good and plenty of it.

My wife was not happy with the slots. They seemed to take her money (o really). Table games were fun. We? had dealers that would talk to you and joke with you. Had an exceptional time at craps. Pit crew was outstanding.

Fun casino with great paybacks on points during the week, This casino is located about 4 miles out of Shawano and if you are staying at any of the local motels they offer gambling coupons so cost of motel is very reasonable.

They sent monthly cashbacks offers and have great entertainment on the weekend.

Slot are good. Never lost a lot. Many .01, .02, and .05 machines. Double points on senior day. Easy to get $5 to $10 back on regular play. Slot club members get regular incentives in the mail. 5 to 10 dollars or more depending on play.

Nice hotel rooms. Friendly helpful staff. If you smoke, gift shop sells cigs 8 to 10 dollars less than the going rate per carton.

Buffets are lousy. Order off the menu, or get a pizza at the bar. Go there 2-3 times a year. Don't do table games.
