Saratoga Casino Black Hawk

I have been to Fitz twice, all in one day, The first and the Last! This absolutely is the worst ran casino my wife and I have ever been to, the service is horrible, my wife and I had a good roll going at the craps table, only had one drink each, and the pit boss told the waitress we had enough...Just cause both my wife and I had green chips all over the layout, and in the rail. Would never recommend playing table games here, EVER!

If you like to play table games DO NOT GO TO THIS CASINO. I am fairly sure the pit crew pays winnings out of its own pocket based on the way they sweat every cent that is won. The pit crew routinely tells dealers to strip the deck and if a dealer is winning they will not let them take a break. Breaks every 30 minutes if the players are winning. They don't even try to hide their disdain for winning customers even the ones that are treating the dealers right. By the way, the dealers are awesome!! It is only the pit crew that needs some work. No wonder they had to file bankruptcy.

Love the casino! The Harley Pit is awesome with all the table games. We had dinner in the steakhouse and the food was great, great service, and we did not pay a lot. The casino surprised us, it was clean and comfortable. We were treated great and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend the casino to anyone.
