Slots - good variety. Saw people getting bonuses but not any money to speak of. Slots are to tight but we had fun anyway.
Buffet - okay. Prime Rib and Pork Roast were delicious and worth a visit. Not a fancy buffet but fairly good variety. I would go back.
Staff and employs are very friendly and helpful.
The real gem is the RV park. They are getting ready to do some renovating but it does not affect the sights. The staff who check you in are very courteous and make you feel they are glad you are there. The manager Connie is exceptionally professional and if you have any problems she will gladly help you. Highly recommend this park even if you are not playing. Can't beat the price which is $25.00 a night with a players club card.
Great deal on Senior night - Wednesday I believe. Among other things, you get a coupons for $.25 cents to buy a big bag of popcorn. There popcorn is delicious as well as the hotdogs at the 2GO bar. Other gifts are free play and discounts of food. Fun
All in all, if we are in area we will go back.
5 on Amenities or Hotel is for RV park.
I have been going to this casino for many years. It is a nice smaller casino but bigger than most I have been to, They do however need to get new release games in quicker, it seems that these machines are old once jackpot gets them. I haven't had a jackpot win for 3 years so they need to loosen the slots a little, I just went from a standard players club card to a diamond status so I have yet to see if my lousy $15 a week in free play goes up. The rooms are nice and their promotions for deals on hotel rooms are great :) the restaurant is AMAZING but haven't been to the buffet in a few years so I won't say anything about that, but am taking my son there on valentines day for the special buffet :) customer service is great, if i ever have a problem, it gets tended to right away! I would reccommend this casino and hotel and their restaurant to everyone :)
got sick from the buffet and mgr didn't care.
the food tasted bad, they use cheap meat
This place has gone downhill over time. It used to be fun and good employee service, but not anymore.
Jackpot Junction is a fun place to play the slots and just hang out a night or two.
The video slots are really fun! If you are betting max you can get big hits and a much better pay out. If you are playing smaller credits, then the slots pay an occasional $40 to $60 hit. But you will get enough payouts to keep you playing for a while.
The food at the Dakotah Restaurant was quick and great tasting. The Ceasar Chicken wrap was very tasty and the onion rings were crisp and hot. The Swiss Mushroom burger is really big! It comes with enough fries for two people. So I can say my husband and I were really stuffed.
The room was very nice. It was quiet, restful and clean. It was also very cold on the hot day we were at the Casino. I had to turn the Carrier Air conditioner up to 74 degrees because it was just too cold. Boy did it feel great at nap time.
I will definitely recommend Jackpot Junction to my friends. It's a nice little get away when you are looking for a quick trip away from home.
