Just Have A Good Time

I go to WinStar normally once a month, and i'm not saying that I don't get upset when I don't win, but when I go, I go just to have a little fun and get away from it all, It's called gambling you guy's, you win some you lose some, If i'm the one at the right place at the right time to win a lot money I will be a very happy person, so don't go thinking your going to get rich, just go to have a good time. Good Luck To You All.

No Thank You!

I have been to Winstar a few times with no luck and figured I would check out the review comments. My birthday is coming up next week and my husband and I had planned on going to Winstar and spending the night so we could play. After what I have been reading on the reviews I think I will save my money!

Scam

From all the comments I have seen y’all are right. They steal and it’s all a scam. Everyone who works for the casino, have some way to make the machines hit or not. I know several people who work there and used to work there and they all told me. Next time you go, pay attention to your surroundings and watch people. People who are in just regular clothes get there cell phone out and sits or walks by a machine and you will notice the machine do abnormal glitch. I even had one worker tell another worker when I was playing on one that I had a different pay table then everyone else. The tribe has pulled in over 2billion dollars and yet the comps are ridiculous. There is a lot of inside help and when you bring it to there attention they act like nothing is wrong. File a better business bureau compliant and file a compliant with the gaming. You also can request a form when you do think the machines are hitting. It’s almost like a refund. I get and understand it’s gambling but when you don’t even have a chance at all and they are literally robbing people blind, something has to be done. I think class action lawsuit sounds good too me. I found a lot of the things they offer is a lie as well. Complimentary show tickets should be free but they take it off your reward points. I was told i needed to play another 45 mins to get a free meal which i been playing already. I would like to hear more complaints and who feels like something should be done, feel free to email me

Winstar cheats

I have been going to the Winstar for years .But after a visit last night I am done with them. The table games are so obviously rigged. The shufflemasters are set to give the dealers winning hand after winning hand. There for 3 hours and absolutely no one at the table won a decent hand. Dealer just kept bad beating all the players. I started talking to the other folks and they were all in agreement.Winstar has resorted to cheating their customers on a grand scale. It's bad enough you have to pay to play 50 cents a hand. But now they don't even bother giving you a reach around before screwing you . I used to see high rollers betting $50 per spot on ultimate hold-em.Not anymore.Even the dealers said those people are long gone. I think it's time the state or federal government stepped in a checked these games and slots.Just because they are on Indian land shouldn't give them the right to steal. Forget comps,no free drinks and they use unfiltered tap water in their soft drinks.Anything to save a buck while raking in millions upon millions .Ask for a comped dinner at the buffet or Toby keiths and they will essentially laugh at you.

Never Win

I've been going to Winstar since it was a bingo parlor. A LONG time. They used to pay a reasonable number of hand pays on slots. I used to win 3 or 4 every year. I haven't won one since January 2015. Their payback sucks. I used to go there too often but it was common to see 6 or 8 people getting paid for a big win in a few hours. Now, you can go every day for 6 hours and never see a payout. Winstar loves to say the machines don't belong to them and they don't set the paybacks. I believe them. They rent the floor space to 3rd parties and take a percentage of the take. So complaint to them is useless. Their comps are a joke. I lost over $1,000 there one night using my players card and they wouldn't comp a meal at Panda Express. In Oklahoma, the casinos don't even have to report their yearly earnings. As you drive down the highway, throw a couple hundred dollars out the window and keep going. You're going to lose it anyway. The only winners are in the high rollers rooms where they play $25 and $100 machines. Even when they win, God knows how much they've spent.
