lots of free play but machines are tight
worst casino I have ever been to in my life
Disappointed and disgusted
I was told at the players station that they are not allowed to tell me the dollar value of my food comps. What is the reason for that? Also management did not bother to tell anyone that you have to now spend way more money to even earn any food comps . Gold cards can only be used on certain days at certain times. The employees at the players station are very nice and just following orders. I am a diamond member but the way I am currently being treated by management I am considering taking my business elsewhere. There is a bus that goes to Seneca Niagara every day, c Fortunes was really nice at first but their standards are dropping. You now have to ask for water. I have had steak and prime rib that was so tuff I could not chew it. Baked potatoes are stale and reheated.. The vegetables look and taste like they have been reheated at least 3 times. The chef needs to be held accountable for these substandard meals. Maybe you should start thinking about to please you customers instead taking advantage. Diamond and platinum dinners sometimes good and sometimes very bad.. These dinners are supposed to be a reward for the patrons loyalty.
What a rip off!!!
I am a "diamond player" at Batavia but will now take my gaming to another Racino that treats their patrons with respect. Batavia has treated me like crap for the last time. I have over 600 food comp dollars which they now have decided I can not use to take my food home...I go to play and enjoyed bringing something to eat home with me rather than stopping to eat, thus losing my very popular Upper-hand poker machine, since they only have 4 of them left.
I called a "bigwig" to voice my concerns and I found him rude.
The free play money they send me in the mail is now only good at certain times of the day (after 3PM and on Saturday)that are not convenient to my schedule...I could go on and on about the rude people who work there, the dirty conditions of both the gaming floor and the restrooms, but why bother since they have disrespected me as a patron for the last time!
Parking Lot Problem
i visited the casino on wed. feb 19 only to come out to find a parking violation ticket on my car. i have a handicap sticker which was where they could see it and i pulled in a van accesible spot i had a person with me that did fall in the casino that day but did not complain as a person helped him up. We drove over 50 miles one way to get there. He is very handicapped and i am also. i am having a judge look at my ticket to see if i owe anything. two cars down from me a chevy malibu was parked in a similar spot. but no ticket. I guess i will go somewhere else?
Batavia Games Not Randomn
I presume customers DON"T KNOW ( but of course should ) that these games are non random Video Lottery terminals. They are controlled by a central computer which determines who will win or not win. Unlike Vegas or AC etc. where every spin or Video Poker draw is random. If these machines were random they would be in violation of NY State law. For a slot player they may not be bad but for a VP player it makes no difference which cards you hold ! Don't believe me? Throw away three of a kind( something you would never do on a random machine) and you will receive at least that hand on the draw !
Lots of good promotions lately including car giveaways and a ton of money and prize giveaways! Food used to be really bad, but lately the food has been awesome i think they have a new chef, the clubhouse has a new menu and it has a great new selection and is really affordable. i think that the place would really be great if there were table games. hopefully that law passes.
The machines are so tight that the public is not going like they use to. The food has gone down hill. Their open till 4am but after 1am you can not even get a soda. I sat there till 2:30am and left because I was thirsty. A lot of the promos were all taken away because of mismanagement.
Food is less than good--Try Finger Lakes for a good Buffet. Need Valet parking. Men's restrooms are out in left field--why can't there be one near the women's restroom located midway on the over all floor?
Making a comeback
Like playing in a "cave". A good mix of slots for a small Casino. Payback is about the same as other state runs. There is a dedicated smoking room that you wouldn't know was there if you didn't see it.
There are two bar areas on the same level as the gaming floor. one at each end. Restrooms are not convenient to the gaming Floor. The food is "adaquate". (Nothing special).
Good for Gaming, not a resort.
