Great casino. Casino offers great comps.

Have been a player at seneca for probably 7 years now. Have won 50,000 in wins one of those years but probably lost 100,000 that same year. I am ashamed at the money I have lost in my time and in the end everyone who gambles is a loser and all should be ashamed for going. People are starving, families are broke and no one can justify spending any money at these hole in the walls. The service truly sucks in my opinion with people who have bad attitudes, not all, but a good majority. Servers are slow and the food isn't all that but I guess some people love it, in which I guess some people are easy to please. Hotel is your basic casino hotel, nothing horrible but nothing great either. I went a few days ago and dropped over a few thousand in 8 hours and then tried to get a room for the following week and was denied. I am a chairmans member so in the end would I recommend this place? hell no. do yourself a favor and give to a charity at least that will make you feel better. I will start giving more away and more real vacation will be in my future.

Spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Casino. The food was great, the staff was remarkable and, although we didn't win, we had a great time. Cannot wait to return.

Iv been going to Niagara Falls casino for several months now. At first i won 2000 bucks then 1000 and one time 2400. Lately i havent won jack diddly. No machine pays out. I spent 1000 a night since Jan 2011 but more lately. Since march i bet i spent over $50,000 I got nothing to show for it. Big deal one month of comp rooms 2 days a week. The rooms suck, smelly and already worn out. Burn holes in the carpets. The maids left soap wrapped up in Toltec paper after cleaning the room on the counter i found when i first got the room. Plus on top of the tv was a dried up rubber and 2 beer cans. Getting back to the slots, the machines aren't paying.

Of course the slots could pay better but hey! Once in a while we get ahead and they don't seem to tone them down as dramatically as other casinos. Lots of variety and new additions all the time.
Hotel is great and comp rooms are reasonably easy to secure and given the amount of play we do, good return.
Restaurants are very good and the buffet is standard fare. $3 for a coffee in the 3 sister cafe is a bit much but the food there is very good. Steak house is only for big winners or rich folks- very expensive. Burger joint is awful.
Good rewards program, much better than any other we frequent.
We are Canadian so we frequent Casino Niagara more only because it's easier and their comps for food are pretty good.
Allegany is pretty cheap and don't seem to tie in to Niagara as much as they used to. Can never seem to get a comp room there.

Always enjoy the visit, especially if we win something!

Well, it used to be a great times at Seneca and it's very true - the slots are not paying back anymore, not even a little. I used to play for hours, have lots of fun with my girlfriends; and even if I left some money there, it was okay because the slots would pay out often enough so you could at least feel good about being there and able to play for a while. Now you can put in 100 and not get one single hit. That's not fun and all the Canadians are starting to figure that one out. Lots of rumbling on the elevator while on my out. Everyone unhappy and complaining. They really need to do something about that because several of my friends are definitely NOT coming back and lets face it, lots of Canadians are/were gambling there. I for one am very disappointed and I would say that the last 10 times I was there, nothing. So I will not be going back for a long time and will play on the Canadian side instead until I hear things have turned around. Now having said that, the casino itself is very nice, well kept and the food is very good. The buffet is getting a little boring, same old stuff and I agree, the old menu at three sisters was better, but currently, still good, no complaints.

One more thing - the waiters, waitresses and folks serving drinks are just fine and doing a great job. The promo booth staff (customer service) need to lighten up and not forget who's the paying customer. On several occasions when I went to inquire about my card, they staff was rude like they were doing me a great favour by serving me.

So come on Seneca, hopefully you are reading the reviews and will consider the opinions of your customers; to better improve the slot return as in the past. I would definitely return then, hands down. At least give us chance to have some fun.

I have been going to this casino on a regular basis since they opened. It is no fun anymore, I'm pretty sure the slots are set to the lowest allowed by law. It used to be you would see people having a good time and people filling out income tax forms, not anymore. On week days the place is almost empty. Go to canada.

Traveled across the bridge while on vacation at NF Canada In September 2010. This casino had a great deal to offer. Thousands of slots..Great variety. Played for a very long time and had a blast!! Visited the buffet and was pleasantly surprised. It was fabulous. Can't wait to go back. Will recommend to all my friends.

I live near this casino, but have been to many others, in many states. This casino has changed so much for the worse. It never had good customer service, and I find many of the staff rude, especially on a promotion day. I like video poker, the pay schedules are very short pay and awful (except for the pick 'em poker) and I think all the slot machines are rated at about 91%, if that, I used to be able to play for a while. There are only a few pick'em poker at the $1 level only, but you have to go there at 3 in the morning to play them. There are none in the non=smoking room. Only 25cent video poker, short pay in the non-smoking room. And don't expect to get a drink of any kind while you're playing, the servers only show up every few hours.

It's no fun to play at Seneca Niagara anymore!

The Buffet is not like the Rio's, but the food is always fresh and good choices. The Western Door is excellent for steaks. I love the new Burger place, very good cheeseburgers, your way, the BBQ Ribs and Chicken are delicious. Three Sister's has gone downhill, they should go back to the old menu they had when they first opened.

I no longer live in New York State, but when I did I would frequent the Seneca Niagara Casino. Wow, what a mistake. Prior to going the first time I read the reviews. Apparently when they first opened the slots were loose, comps were good, as was the service. Well I must have missed the boat.

This casino has the TIGHTEST, and lowest paying slot machines of any casino I have ever visited. Now I am not your typical gambler who walks in with 20 bucks. I walk in with a few thousand, and visited this place SEVERAL times. It's painfully obvious that the machines there are set to payback virtually nothing. Pennies, Nickles, Quarters, Dollars makes no difference. You throw $100 in and you could literally not win on a single spin.

To add insult to injury I was virtually dismissed when I asked for comps.

You would really have to have your head examined for visiting this property more then once.

Poor Slot paybacks + Poor customer service + Poor comps = Avoid.

I go there once a month, nice hotel and they are good with comps. I can get hotel rooms comped and they send out weekly food and free play credits. The rooms are nice and my wife loves the spa. They occasionally have good entertainment booked. My only complaint is the smoking, it bothers me to play at a table or machine next to someone who smokes. They do have a smoke free area but it is small and the video poker machines in that section are not good ones to play at.

We used to go regularly even though it meant a border crossing two ways and a loss when exchanging money, but we haven't been back in a long time.

I played in the poker room mainly for tournaments, but the rules changed and they take 30% off the top of ANY tournament winnings. Also, my wife was getting frustrated with the service from the players club and especially the beverage servers' attitudes. So, finally it just is not worth the hassle. It was one of our favorites before that.

We have been to many casinos in Canada and U.S.A, this is our favourite by far! We win more often here no doubt about it.The food is excellent. I wish there was a non-smoking area. Big payouts even on 1 cent and 5 cent slots---you don't have to spend a lot. GREAT CASINO.

Terrible and getting worse as time passes on by. They are getting rid of all of the quarter slots and the payouts on the machines are terrible. Only small payouts nothing big at all and that is after going there since summer of 2009, don't bother! Go to Canada.

Lately there are no payouts only small ones. The Western Dorr Restaurant is the pits, it's supposed to be Gourmet Dining but for the money it isn't worth the trouble as you're better off with the Buffet!

As far as their Chairman's club, they cut back on the services that they give to their premium members. I've been treated better at many other casinos where I wasn't a Member of a Club! My suggestion is head to Canada to the Falls View where you'll be treated like a King or Queen!

This casino is the real deal, very sharp looking the machines actually hit. I came all the way from Pittsburgh with 20 bucks with a few friends. I did not leave with money but I did get a good bit of play for my money and it was a big casino and I didn't even get through it all.

It is a beautiful casino. it makes the Meadows look like Gabriel Brothers, definitely worth the trip, except for the big bridges that i did not think i would have to cross with lots of water underneath. If it wasn't for the bridges, I would be there often, but i really do not like bridges especially those ones.

My eife likes all the different penny slots available and I was impressed by the abundance of 25 cent Video Poker.



I also liked the large area for non-smokers and well as smoking being allowed in the main Casino.



Great Buffet but had better. Good beverage service.



I appreciate the large indoor parking area especially in bad weather Buffalo is known for.



Within sight of the two big Canadian Casinos across the river but there seems to be more Americans going North rather than Canadians going south. As a Canadian I say their loss.

Poker room has more low limit games (2-4) going at once than the Canadian Side. Also plenty of 1-2 no-limit games. Never had to wait more than 10-15 min. to get into a game.



The casino has a small no smoking section, but even in the smoking section the ceiling is so high that it wasn't a problem.

Good food, but expensive to stay at the casino and local hotels are pretty old.
