I was wrongfully charged $200.00 in damages!

I reserved a month ahead of time, to see Cheech and Chong on 4/20 and then stay the night at their Hotel afterwards. I took the time to call ahead to see what the rules and regulations were. The front desk person said the only rules I have to follow his don't smoke inside the room and be out by 11 a.m. I asked if they could send me a PDF file of the rules and policies so I wouldn't make any errors. They informed me that none were necessary and I just need to follow the rules and that there was no PDF file to send to future patrons of their hotel. So I felt okay to book a room there.

I was polite and rolled marijuana joints in my hotel room but did not smoke any on the premises. I left and went to the adjacent street to do so. My girlfriend and I checked out before 11 a.m. the following day and cleaned up our room reasonably.

During the following week after I saw a $200 charge for damages to the hotel room. I called and asked what the problem was and their response was that the room smelled like pot and they found pot on the premises. I explained I knew the no-smoking rule and was respectful of that and just used the room to roll some joints before the Cheech and Chong show but did not smoke any in my room that I had reserved. I totally got the coldest of shoulder from management.

They really need a PDF file of their hotel policies, rules and regulations clearly written. That way when a guest reserves the room they can email them all the information they need to avoid a $200 fine.

They tried to sell someone's old forgotten order and fought that it was fresh. They tried to sell the same box of food TWICE. Apparently their network of managers is very small and they don't communicate. The customer service is extremely lax and workers will do little more than what is required to not get fired. Sans any actual service in mind of the customer. I've been here a few times and it is apparent that the managerial team needs more people or training. The casino is overcrowded and there are a ton more old machines. The parking lot is rough and without enough spaces... there is poor lighting so it's always a gamble that you're going to hit a pedestrian. The best part of the visit is the shower you take when you get home and maybe the food if you can actually get it fresh and without a fight.

They think we come there for them trust me we don't they have the rudest of staff.them games are rigged. They are a bunch of racist Iwas put out permanently because i hit on a game.but the machine never paued out.when i asked about it I was told that they don't serve my kind what does that mean My fiance and I walked to the eqc one night and were told that we were banned for 24 hours because a friend stopped us to say hi they said it was because we were in a high drug area and we were hanging out really in an empty parking lot who does that.and when we asked questions we were told that they could make it permanent... Now they say you are out permanently but the law says it's from 60 to 90 days So what is it really me myself I thought we love racism back in the sixties because that's exactly what it is the way they worded it I could be a lawsuit. The most of us coming there to unwind and have a good time with the illusions of winning but how is thatnif the games are rigged To have security and cameras in the parking lot when they don't do any good your car can be broken into or even stolen and they know nothing everything seems to be inconclusive but yet you can be two blocks away and I can read your ID from the same cameras how is that.

All the slots we loved!! Payout was good and room was very clean and conveniently located in the casino. A little smoky smell in the room but very quiet. Had so much fun besides the fact that was asked for cigarettes several times by people while plsying on machines but staff is very friendly and helpful!

They have tightened up the slots!  After a three month absence, I dropped in to check out EQC Fife.  They used to pay back in the 94% range (it's right on the machine during a tech visit).  Now they have been reset in the 92% range.  What that means in actual overall cost is about a 30% increase in hourly losses. It doesn't take much, and they know it. What did we expect them to do when their parking lots are full? You are going to lose anywhere, but now you can save more time and lose faster at the EQC.
